2. General Information on Data Processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services, or where we have a legal basis or your consent to do so.

Legal bases for processing include in particular:
– Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), e.g. for non-essential cookies and analytics tools
– Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures), e.g. for requests submitted via the contact form

3. Provision of the Website and Creation of Log Files (Server Log Data)
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing computer system (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system used). This data is temporarily stored in a log file. Storage takes place for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and is deleted after no more than 30 days, unless further retention is required for evidentiary purposes.

Form data is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The data will be deleted once it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, at the latest upon expiry of statutory retention periods.
